• Live webinars and live online sessions
• In-person/offline workshops and trainings
• 1:1 consultations
• Case planning / aligner planning services
• Any service purchased via our website, portal, app, or official communication channels

Service-specific terms may apply and will prevail where mentioned at the time of purchase.

2. General Rules

• All payments are final unless expressly covered by this Policy.
• Refunds are not automatic; all requests must be approved.
• Payment gateway charges, bank charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
