Jigs Lingual Orthodontics (“HUF”) has published this Privacy Policy (or privacy notice) to tell you about how we collect, use, disclose and store personal information.

The given privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions as displayed on https://www.aiiqaligner.com/ (“Platform/Website”) and establishes a legally binding agreement between the User and the HUF.

Any reference in the form of “we”, “us” and “our” would hereinafter refer to the HUF. Any person who accesses or uses the Platform/Website shall be termed as the “User”, any reference to “You”, “Their”, “Them” shall hereinafter refer to the User.

Your access and/or usage of the Platform/Website indicates that you have read, understood and agreed in full to this Privacy Policy.

In the pursuance of our legal commitments, we have drafted and displayed this Privacy Policy and You agree that any information You share with us, is only after voluntarily consenting to this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Information May Be Collected

In the course of providing services, the HUF may have to collect, store and retain certain Personal Information from you. This information would, inter alia, include the following:

  1. Personal Details: the HUF may collect personal details including but not limited to name, sex and age.
  2. Geographical Information: the HUF may collect information pertaining to your geographical location and associated details such as pin code, address, google map URLs etc.
  3. Contact information: the HUF may collect any contact information from You including but not limited to your address, email and contact number.
  4. Health records/data: the HUF may collect health-related information including but not limited to test reports, x-ray reports, prescriptions and progress images of the body parts/areas being treated.
  5. Professional Information: Relevant information including but not limited to relevant licenses, registration details, professional certificate to practice as a dentist, registration certificate may be collected from doctors registering on the Platform. If you are an entity/organization offering/providing dental services (“Dental Company”) registering on the Platform, then information such as name and address, contact details, billing details, payment methods including but not limited to card details, UPI ID, website of Your company, business registration numbers and tax-related information may also be collected.
  6. Treatment- related Information: Information pertaining to treatment, including but not limited to the brand of the products being used by the end user, doctor prescriptions, schedule of using the product, chats related to the doctors pertaining to treatment and any information regarding the product being used in the treatment may be collected.
  7. Audio, video and images: Information such as Your photograph, audio and video calls with the doctors may also be collected by the Platform.
  8. Registration-related information: Information such as referral codes and other registration-related information shall also be collected by the Platform.
  9. Other information: We may also collect information about the IP address and the browser you are using.
